The Room of Your Soul

If you were to ask me to close my eyes and imagine "the room of my soul," I think I would conjure something with sleek wood floors, some Japanese style dark wood and rice paper walls, one substantial splash of something very dark red, and a few lovely green plants. A soothing kind of place. A retreat. An oasis in a chaotic world.

Anyway, as Sunday quizzes go, this one is perhaps not quite as frivolous as my victory at winning McDreamy or my defeat at turning out to be not nearly as much of a nerd as I thought. But it is very interesting.

Here's what the quiz told me about the room of my soul. And I have to say, the picture it provides is fascinatingly close to what I would imagine. Maybe it's eerie. Maybe it's a quiz written by someone good at psychology. Or maybe I'm much more of an "open book" than I think, and this stuff is obvious.

I can't say much about the lip-shaped sofa or the weird way that the room has eyes, though I'm sure a shrink could have a field-day with it. And yet, something about this picture does feel right. And the description honestly couldn't be more accurate. That's the part that I find incredible.
